Watershed’s unique design to build process gives you transparency, input and peace of mind around your new build.
When we began Watershed Building Co. we wanted the owner to feel like they were able to carefully make decisions to ensure they were confident in the build process and ecstatic with the end result. Too many builders rush the planning and building stage, leaving owners in the dark about their home. Not us! Our pressure free design phase was carefully curated so that clients can feel like they have the space, energy, and time to design their renovation without feeling rushed and pressured.

One of our experienced team members will meet you in your home to discuss your exciting project further.

Our experienced Design and Build team will help guide you through the planning and selection choices. We use great attention to detail ensuring no items are missed and you are comfortable and excited with the end product.

We take the time to quote your project based on the information gathered and carefully selected throughout the planning stages of your project. We ensure every detail is captured to give you peace of mind.
Once you’re happy with the quote and scope of services we’ll get to work on your new home and/or renovation!
DESIGN TO BUILD IN FOUR STAGES

Once you sign a contract and your design works are now complete it’s time to start the build process!

One week prior to construction a pre-start meeting will be held with your site supervisor. Get to know your supervisor and feel at peace knowing your project is in good hands.

Build commences - watch your new home or renovation unfold !
