Alongside this, we will present you with a detailed timeline and program, outlining the various stages of the construction process.

Together, we will agree upon a start date that suits your preferences and requirements. Rest assured, we will diligently ensure that all preconstruction requirements are thoroughly met and satisfied, setting the stage for a seamless and successful construction journey.


Prior to commencing the construction phase, we will facilitate a meeting between you and Your Personal Builder, Evan, alongside our esteemed trade partners. Furthermore, we will provide you with exclusive access to our Watershed Building Company client portal. This online platform is equipped with cloud-based project management software, granting you real-time access to every facet of your build. From essential documents and comprehensive log reporting to a gallery of photographs capturing the progress, our client portal ensures consistent and transparent communication throughout the entire building process.
